Os Ingleses, as it is known by the inhabitants of the Island, is a complete neighborhood located in the North of Florianópolis, 33 km away from the city center. Located between the Cachoeira do Bom Jesus, Praia Brava and São João do Rio Vermelho neighborhoods, the Ingleses with its beautiful beach and diverse leisure options attracts new residents and tourists all year round.
The neighborhood is structured in 4 main areas, Ingleses do Rio Vermelho, which borders on the south with the neighboring neighborhood of the same name; the Center where the main shops and residential buildings are located; the Ingleses Sul, which borders the paradisiacal Praia do Santinho; and Ingleses Norte, the noblest part of the neighborhood with residential condominiums and high-end hotels.
