Casa Vista Lagoa

The house is located in an exclusive gated community in Lagoa da Conceição close to the old church and shops. The land has many trees and wild plants and the garden has been beautifully landscaped. The view of the Lagoon and the sea is integral, and it is possible to observe from the dunes of Joaquina to Ilha do Campeche.

The house was recently renovated and decorated by the French owners with extreme taste, giving the feeling of being a true boutique hotel. Built along the natural slope of the land, the environments are harmoniously distributed on different levels. Natural stones from the land were used to create the fireplace, some floors and stairs. The kitchen is integrated into the dining room opening onto a large deck with a barbecue. Access to the pool deck is via the living room where we find the fireplace, a reading room and the office. The first suite has a breathtaking view, closet and balcony with space for a uforô. On the intermediate level we have a bedroom with a balcony to the garden and a bathroom with shower room. The house also has 2 comfortable suites, one with a mezzanine that can easily be used as a bedroom, and the other with a bathroom integrated into the bedroom.
